    Specific Duties

    • Create electronic asset records in DPAS and CMPro for IT equipment and software; associate equipment into parent-child relationships when appropriate.

    • Input and manage data and documents in CMPro (contract, fielding plans/orders, software configurations, warranty information, and Bills of Materials (BOMs)).

    • Update inventory configurations and locations in CMPro.

    • Create shipping documents (DD-1149, DD-1348, Packing slips, etc.) for the transfer of materials.

    • Review of contracts; monitor status of modifications and amendments.

    • Review fielding plans; detailed reviews for completeness and accuracy.

    • Conduct CMPro data audits to ensure integrity of data entered in CMPro.

    We are seeking a Material Handling Laborer to join the Geodesicx team. The successful candidate will be responsible for manual and clerical work in connection with shipping, receiving and storing supplies and equipment in a warehouse setting. 

    Specific Duties

    • Receives, processes, and checks merchandise, and verifies the correctness of the shipments against the purchase order

    • Assembles orders and prepares goods for shipment.  Records shipment data, including weight and dimensions

    • Receives and unpacks materials/supplies

    • Reports damages and discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement and record-keeping purposes

    • Sets up laptops, workstations and tablets for imaging.  Repackages computers into original boxes

    • Breaks down excess packaging material and sorts for disposal (recycling or trash)

    • Prepares shipments for return to vendors or delivery to recipient

    • Support the Project Manager as required
